Schumann op.129 version for cello and string quartet!

Dearest Andreas. I received the music.. I listened, have been going through the score. You have created such a beautiful arrangement…anyone who does not know this piece will never imagine it could be written for something else other than cello and quartet. It is so beautiful and thoughtful and imaginative. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I do not have a date of performance yet. I am playing it with an orchestra in London on thec28th November and will probably plan it with the quartet some time after January. We will video it and send it to you. I really hope we can do it justice.  The recording you sent is also really stunning.
